2024 OWASA Community Survey
Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) wants to hear from you to get your perspective and sentiment on our work and service.
We are requesting your participation in the 2024 OWASA Community Survey. Please have one person in the household provide your views on how OWASA is performing, and weigh in on topics and challenges relevant to the community’s water and sewer utility.
The survey is estimated to take about 15 minutes. Your participation is important. Our community‘s input is crucial to inform our priorities.
Your responses will be kept confidential, and the results will be reported in group form only.

At the end of the survey, as a thank you for fully completing your survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win one (1) $500 prepaid Visa gift card. The gift card will be sent via email and the drawing is limited to one entry per household.
